Privacy Policy
Cantle · BMVP AI Ltd · Last updated: January 2026BMVP AI Ltd operates Cantle. The short version: almost everything stays on your device and we collect the bare minimum.
What data we collect
Cantle stores all horse records, cycle events, behavioural observations, and settings locally on your device only. When you activate a license key we record: your license key, subscription plan, a one-way device fingerprint (cannot identify you), and your platform. We never collect your name, location, or payment details.
How data is stored
All breeding data stays on your device — never transmitted to our servers. License activation data is stored on our EU servers solely for subscription validation.
Your rights
Under the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 you have the right to access, portability, erasure, rectification, and consent withdrawal. All available in Settings → Privacy inside the app.
If you believe we have handled your data unlawfully, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
Security
Optional PIN lock (4–8 digits, securely encrypted), biometric authentication, auto-lock, no network transmission of breeding data.
Refund Policy
